At ourbottles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility For Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used or opened unless faulty.
